In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Company: MMGTegel Media.
- Customer/Consumer: any natural person acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
- Agreement: any distance contract between the Company and the Customer.
- Products: all goods offered through the webshop.
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the Company and to every Agreement concluded. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms & Conditions. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Obvious mistakes or errors in offers do not bind the Company. The Agreement is concluded when the Customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation.
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs or additional charges are clearly shown before checkout. The Company may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
Payment must be made using the available payment methods. Payments can be made safely and securely via iDEAL and Bancontact. The Customer is responsible for entering payment information correctly. In case of non-payment or late payment, the Company may suspend or cancel performance of the Agreement.
The Company processes orders with care and ships within the stated delivery period. Delivery times are indicative unless explicitly agreed as binding deadlines. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies. During this period, the Customer must handle the product and packaging with care. Returns must be reported according to return instructions via mmgtegel-media@proton.me. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment, provided return conditions are met.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to Customer specifications, clearly personal products, products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed, and products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
The Company guarantees that delivered products conform to the Agreement, listed specifications, and reasonable standards of reliability. Any defects must be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of discovery, via mmgtegel-media@proton.me.
Complaints about performance of the Agreement must be submitted clearly and in full detail within a reasonable period via mmgtegel-media@proton.me. The Company responds within 14 days after receiving a complaint. If more time is needed, the Customer receives a confirmation with an expected response timeline.
The Company's liability is limited to direct damages and up to the invoice amount of the relevant order, unless intent or gross negligence applies. The Company is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or missed savings.
Force majeure means any circumstance beyond the Company's control that prevents reasonable performance. In such cases, the Company may suspend obligations or fully/partly terminate the Agreement without liability for compensation.
All intellectual property rights related to texts, images, logos, and other content belong to the Company or its licensors. Without prior written permission, it is not allowed to copy, distribute, or commercially use this content.
These Terms & Conditions and all Agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where the Company is established, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
